Mediation is an economical alternative to the win-lose scenario that leaves one or both parties in a dispute unhappy. It is increasing in popularity in both the legal system and in business settings.

Mediation consists of private and confidential problem-solving meetings facilitated by a professionally trained mediator who is specifically skilled in the art of dispute resolution. Set in a safe, neutral environment, all parties are given a forum to address the business issue face-to-face. They are guided through an exploration of options allowing them to work out solutions that are mutually acceptable. Once the parties have reached an agreement, our mediator helps put the agreement into writing.

What are the benefits of mediation?
