When Key Innovative Solutions, Inc. was formed in 2002, our vision was to help businesses recognize and use the potential of their employees, create lasting goodwill with their customers and within the organization, emphasize the benefits of blending soft skills with hard skills, and increase their profitability.  We wanted our work with our clients to make a difference in their business culture, demonstrating the principle of maintaining the integrity of the organization while still pursuing a goal of making greater profits.
