Lynn Murphy is an experienced mediator, trainer, negotiator, educator, facilitator - and a good listener. Skilled inquiry and active listening are among the tools she uses to empower her clients. Her genuine interest in people drives her to help them discover better ways to deal with workplace issues.

Lynn easily connects with people and enjoys continually learning from them. She brings her lively sense of humor to every experience. Whether leading a workshop, speaking to a group, consulting on an individual basis, or coordinating a project team, Lynn's approach is collaborative, respectful and inclusive. She believes people learn best through skilled questioning, guided self-discovery, and group discussions. She challenges people to examine the way they look at and deal with issues, and provides tools that make change possible.

As a trained mediator she has helped a wide variety of disputants work together to get past power struggles and anger to resolve differences and create solutions that work for both parties. Her collaborative approach creates cooperation to replace combat.
